Vice President of Operations
Kurt von Schilling received his bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Radford University in 2002. He has spent the past 20 years in the retail automotive industry. Kurt has worked in every aspect of the retail automotive industry from sales to senior leadership, which has provided him with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in this area. Kurt’s knowledge and expertise in the automotive industry allows him to be a hands-on additional support to the Toxaway automotive group.
Grace Strickland
District Manager
Grace Strickland has grown up in a garage with her grandparents fueling a love for cars from a young age. Wanting to build a collection and career of her own in the Automotive field, she always believed in growth through action and that mindset has shaped her journey at Toxaway. After quickly excelling in her role and proving herself by moving directly from a Lead Tech position into a Store Manager role, she continues to embrace new challenges and opportunities for growth.
Now, as District Manager, she remains both people and process oriented, focused on building strong teams and streamlining operations to deliver results. Always focused on pursuing each of her passions. Toxaway has become more than just a workplace; it's where she has truly found a professional home, and she is excited to keep pushing forward alongside a company that shares the same values and vision.
Brooke Eberhart
District Manager
Brooke Eberhart joined Toxaway Automotive Group during the company's inaugural year of venturing into the Take 5 Oil Change franchise. A standout representative of TAG’s merit-based "Pit to President" initiative, Brooke has been instrumental in the company’s evolution from its early stages into a rapidly expanding, multi-unit enterprise.
Brooke draws on a deep-seated background in automotive operations and a career-long commitment to exceptional customer service. Her leadership is defined by a "tenacious pursuit of efficiency" and a focus on cultivating top-performing shop cultures that consistently deliver elite satisfaction scores.
With years of experience in competitive travel lacrosse, Brooke brings a distinct athletic discipline to her professional role. She excels at communicating high-level goals and inspiring her teams to achieve collective success through agility and integrity. Today, Brooke continues to drive TAG’s aggressive market expansion while serving as a dedicated mentor to the next generation of emerging leaders within the organization.
Jourdan Mott
District Manager
Jourdan, a native of east Atlanta, brings a wealth of experience in both business and automotive industries to his role at Toxaway Automotive. With business degrees earned from Lawson State Community College and Alabama State University, Jourdan has honed his skills and expertise over the years.
Growing up immersed in both baseball and his family's car detailing business, Jourdan developed a deep-seated passion for automobiles and the automotive industry. This passion led him to dedicate a decade post-graduation to working alongside his father, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and insights.
In September 2020, Jourdan transitioned to Toxaway Automotive, where he continues to excel in his career trajectory. Alongside his professional endeavors, Jourdan finds fulfillment in his role as a devoted husband to Alison and a loving father to three wonderful children: Jordan Mariah, Delaney, and Fritz.
Amanda Sloan
Controller
Amanda Sloan brings a unique blend of financial precision and leadership heart to our team. With a background in managing multi-location enterprises, she specializes in the logistical and human complexities of scaling a franchise. Her approach to leadership was forged on the pitch. Having played soccer throughout her youth and at the collegiate level, she carries the lessons of the game: discipline, strategic communication, and a relentless drive into her career at Toxaway. She believes strongly that excellence in the small things is what creates a seamless operation at scale.
