On September 24, 2020, Toxaway Automotive Group (“TAG”) acquired the BrakeMasters operation located at 4303 Lavista Road, Tucker, Georgia. The BrakeMasters operation was immediately shuttered and TAG commenced the process of converting the business to a Take 5 Oil Change Center. The conversion is expected to take 6-8 weeks and the new Take 5 Oil Change Center will open for business in November 2020.
The Piedmont Bank provided debt financing to support the acquisition and conversion.
